The Wanderers | Art = Adventure

Finally, it seems like 2017 might just start off right! The Stickerbomb team is stoked to discover Australian Broadcasting Corporation’s (ABC) new miniseries-cum-documentary titled The Wanderers. Showcasing some of Stickerbomb’s favorite street artists from the Southern continent, such as Georgia Hill, Dab Myla and Amok Island (previously mentioned in our Eco-street artists article), this show is already promising enough. But we went on with more research and looked up some of the producers’ past projects.

Co-producer Selina Miles directed, edited and produced this short film above of participating artist Guido van Helten and it sends out that strong message about the relationship between street artists and the community. We are guessing The Wanderers will take on a similar vibe and with the over-saturation of “murals” popping up last year, this show might just put a human touch to the walls.

Slated to drop some time in 2017, the miniseries will be available on an online platform, means YESH, you can watch it from wherever you are.
